Essential cookies and local storage

• cfc_csrf — HttpOnly cookie used to validate invoice-request forms (CSRF protection). Expires in about 12 hours.
• cfc_client — HttpOnly, Secure (on HTTPS), SameSite session cookie created after two-step email verification for the Client Portal. About 12 hours, or until logout.
• cfc_staff — HttpOnly, Secure (on HTTPS), SameSite session cookie for authenticated staff. About 8 hours, or until logout.
• cfc_admin — HttpOnly, Secure (on HTTPS), SameSite session cookie for authenticated administrators. About 8 hours, or until logout.
• cfc-lang — local storage of your language choice (EN/FR).
• cfc-cookie — local storage of whether you accepted this notice.

Analytics and advertising

We do not currently set advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this notice and, where required, ask before non-essential cookies run.

How to control cookies

You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking the CSRF cookie will prevent the invoice-request form from submitting. Blocking session cookies will prevent Client Portal, Staff Portal, and admin login from staying signed in.
